The publication of the ITF also typically starts the public marketing phase of the IPO. The ITF includes key information pertaining to the company and the IPO, and will also be made available to SyndicateRoom members as part of the company’s marketing materials. The Prospectus is typically published two weeks after the ITF is announced.
