SR Connect (SRC) is SyndicateRoom’s bespoke capital-raising service. Through SR Connect, we facilitate relevant introductions between handpicked companies and select international investors, both private and institutional.
As the European ecosystem keeps growing, there are many opportunities available for both investors and companies, but also a lot of noise. By facilitating the most relevant conversations, we hope to significantly increase the number of valuable connections established and, ultimately, investments.

We’ve always had the ambition of helping trailblazing companies find great investors. This originally materialised as an online investment platform for earlier-stage companies which could vie for syndicate investments from HNWs and sophisticated investors. Our offering has since evolved to include a passive EIS fund (Fund Twenty8) and expanded to the capital markets, enabling our members to assist companies with their IPOs and placings.
Further enriching our proposition, we crafted SR Connect to service the more established private companies, based in the UK and beyond, that are going through their growth stage and are approaching or have surpassed the £1m revenue mark. Our main purpose is to bring together scale-ups and the right strategic investors.
We are well positioned to do this as, over time, we’ve built an extensive network of investors, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, venture capital funds, corporate venture arms and family offices, with expertise and investment appetite spanning sectors, stages and geographies.
As an investor you are eligible for SRC if you are a:
- Private investor, £250,000+ ticket size
Or are part of a:
- Family office
- Venture capital firm
- Corporate venture arm
- Fund

As an entrepreneur you are eligible for SRC if:
- Your company has demonstrable traction, is going through its growth stage and has £1m+ in annual revenues
- You are raising or thinking of raising series A, B or beyond
