Last night we had the pleasure of putting on a pitching event for four early-stage companies – Brytlyt, Camallergy, Celame and Tomo – kindly hosted at the offices of our good friends, Penningtons Manches LLP.
This was the first in a new series of pitching events we’re calling SyndicateRoom Live. We know it can be difficult for investors to make it to pitching events in person, so we’ve designed SyndicateRoom Live as follows.
Each event will centre on a handful of companies pitching in person to a small group of SyndicateRoom members, all while being broadcast live to an audience of hundreds of our members. The first SyndicateRoom Live event was streamed live to our online audience, and investors were able to send in their own questions for the entrepreneurs to answer live on air.
Missed out on watching it live? No worries – you can view the complete recording right here. Please note, due to strict FCA regulations, only those registered to our site who have self-certified as high-net-worth or sophisticated investors are able to view the full recording.
We also made sure to catch up with our entrepreneurs following their pitch for a behind-the-scenes peek at how it went; you can watch these minute-long clips on our Periscope page.
We’re looking to hold the next SyndicateRoom Live event in October. To be notified when it’s announced, simply register to the platform and keep an eye out for our weekly newsletter.
