HOP sells Vietnamese-themed fast food and is based in London. Its food is low in dairy, oil and gluten. The business funded on SyndicateRoom through Access EIS in February 2020.
"We set out to share the same combination of immediacy, taste and quality with HOP customers: fresh, authentic meals, on a serious time budget."
HOP Vietnamese was inspired by its founder’s personal experience in Hanoi. Seeing local workers rushing in and out of a living room-turned-buffet, grabbing quick food, he set out to replicate this quality and speed of meals of ‘Cơm Bình Dân’ for working Londoners.
Food includes bánh mì (small baguettes), phở (rice noodles in broth), cơm bình dân (rice boxes with toppings) and salads. All of which are low in dairy, oil and gluten, relying heavily on rice, vegetables and herbs.
HOP Vietnamese is looking to expand over London.
