In an early funding round, Radio Physics Solutions Limited successfully raised over £700,000 to design a first-generation product that detects concealed threats such as guns, knives and bombs.

The Story

Radio Physics develops, manufactures and commercialises products protected by patented detection technologies. These detectors provide early warnings of person-borne weapons in order to prevent school shootings, violent crime and suicide bombers.

Radio Physics aims to detect these concealed threats well before existing infrastructure is able to, facilitating early intervention by security operators to protect the public from threats.

Where are they now?

Radio Physics has since worked closely with a selected network of industry partners to optimise the performance of its products and meet the operational requirements in multiple environments.
