Raise with us

Your equity partner, from idea to IPO

SyndicateRoom’s aim is to finance great British companies throughout their entire funding journey.

Our track record speaks for itself. With more than 74% of the companies that we accept raising all the funds they need and our EIS fund, Fund Twenty8, automatically adding additional investment for qualifying opportunities, raising funds with SyndicateRoom is a no-brainer for high-quality companies with a strong management team.

Proven track record

SyndicateRoom has an outstanding record in raising business finance to help ambitious entrepreneurs grow their companies. We’ve helped more than 100 companies secure business funding since 2013 – that’s 74% of those who list with us.

In addition to direct investor support, EIS-qualifying opportunities that raise successfully on our platform automatically receive additional investment from our £4.5m HMRC-approved fund, Fund Twenty8, which invests proportionally alongside platform investors, giving companies the potential to double the amount raised from SyndicateRoom investors.

Whatever sector you’re in, at whatever stage – get in touch to discover how we can help you get the funding you need.

Picture of Bryn Richards of Aeristech, who raised business finance on SyndicateRoom

I found the entire process of raising funds with SyndicateRoom to be quick and well executed.

SyndicateRoom was professional and dedicated to making a strong case for investment and a robust set of materials for investors.

I have already recommended SyndicateRoom to several other companies and investors.

How it works

  • Your business should be incorporated in the UK
  • A proportion of your total funding target must already be committed as lead investment
  • The round size must be £150,000 or greater
  • You must offer our investors the same price per share and class of share as others in the round

If you fit our criteria, we’ll review your business plan and present your company to our investment committee

If you’re successful, we’ll work with you to prepare your pitch and develop an appropriate marketing campaign

Once your posting goes live on SyndicateRoom, we’ll promote it to our network of sophisticated investors
